Meet Rafael
M&R Concrete Coatings is owned and run by Rafael Camacho Perez. The M&R stands for Rafael and his wife, and the business is family-owned and based right here in Green Bay.
Rafael has about five years of hands-on experience installing concrete floor coatings. In 2025 he launched M&R Concrete Coatings as his own company so every job could be done the way he believes it should be: careful prep, honest recommendations and clean, durable floors.
When you call M&R, you deal directly with Rafael. He measures your floor, tests your concrete, walks you through your options and leads the install.
Testing and prep come first
A coating is only as good as the concrete under it. Before we recommend anything, we inspect the slab and test it with a moisture meter. If readings are high, we'll recommend a moisture-mitigating primer. If they aren't, you won't pay for one. Then we mechanically grind the surface and repair cracks and pitting so the coating bonds properly.
Two systems, one honest recommendation
We install both epoxy and polyurea systems, finished with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat. We recommend the one that fits your concrete, how you use the space, your timeline and your budget.
